PROJECT:ME are on a mission to empower young people to become the best versions of themselves, step out of their comfort zones and grow. They create mental and physical wellbeing programmes for communities that nurture healthy habits.
PROJECT:ME’s programmes are dynamic and fun. By engaging young people with physical activity, the team are able to promote positive values, activities and relationships. They empower young people to gain the confidence and resilience to make good choices and learn how to live an active life.
The team also connects with local partners and fitness clubs to encourage ongoing activity upon programme completion to ensure wellbeing habits are sustained.

I am passionate about encouraging growth, curiosity, and self-awareness. I seek out vital disciplines that transform the way that I think, creating considerable positive changes in my life and those of others. I find exercise, mindfulness and eating well to be powerful game changers.
Putting self-care at the top of my list, I choose to take responsibility for my future and live a life that is aligned with my values.
