Our Programmes

Our programmes offer young people aged 9-19 the opportunity to connect with positive role models and other young people in a safe place.

We provide a space for them to build friendships and confidence, whilst strengthening their enjoyment of sport and physical activity as well as learning vital lifelong skills and tools to future proof their mental health and wellbeing. Our programmes are lively and engaging, whilst inclusive and supportive. Every young person will be heard and encouraged to make positive changes, building valuable habits that will benefit their body and mind for the long term.
