Your Programme
The 12-week Programme will see a group of mums meet for coaching conversations and creative activities in a welcoming setting in Chelmsford.
Hosted by two qualified life coaches, sessions will alternate between group coaching and learning around topics designed to improve emotional wellbeing and creative workshops enabling participants to try out a variety of potential new hobbies like singing, painting, wreath making, vision board creation, photography and yoga.
Our intention is that participants will leave with a greater sense of identity, purpose and joy-filled, creativity-fuelled passion for life.
We’re looking forward to welcoming our first group of Mums onto the programme soon, with a view to helping them find a place to belong with other Mums and in their community. The first programme will take place in Chelmsford, venue and dates to be confirmed.
