PROJECT:ME enables young people to fulfil their potential by offering proactive mind and body programmes. We bring an awareness at the earliest stage and develop a positive mindset in young people.
Using physical activity, as well as mindfulness and one-to-one life coaching, we empower young people to gain the confidence and resilience to make good choices and learn how to live an active and fulfilling life.
Reset & Grow Programme
Understand how to make positive changes that benefit both body and mind through increased participation in physical activity and wellbeing sessions. Individual Life-Coaching sessions further reinforce the programme’s messages and learning.
My Amazing Mind & Body Programme
Engaging wellbeing activities for children to build their own ‘My Mind Kit’ based around wellbeing themes, whilst bringing an awareness to the importance of physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Mindfulness & Yoga Programme
Discover how young people can manage anxiety and emotions, feel calmer and improve relationships and communication. Learning Yoga further releases tension in the body, enhances flexibility, strength and improves energy and vitality.
Learn how to develop healthy habits for both body and mind. Interactive, fun online programme incorporating physical activity, combined with wellbeing activities. Individual Life-Coaching / Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) sessions further reinforce the programme’s messages and learning.
